We found an old building with a quiet kind of charm that felt like it still had a story to tell. Beneath its age was a space full of character and possibility. And we slowly brought it back to life.
Today, it's home to a community kitchen, everyday meals, intimate supper clubs, pop-ups, collaborations and gatherings.
The kitchen remains at the heart of everything we do. It's where familiar recipes evolve, new ideas are tested, and the meals we love to eat ourselves come to life. And everything else at Vaan has grown around it.

Vaan has always been about more than what's on the plate. A place where conversations begin over a meal, stories unfold naturally, familiar faces become friends, every visit feels a little different and people leave carrying a little more than they came with.
